Chef and Owner Doug Levy is a mad scientist when it comes to food.  His menu is always changing and enthralling diners, providing an opportunity for new tastes during every visit.  He’s also quite the wine aficionado, touting one of the most impressive cellars in the state.  Doug is almost always at the restaurant, excited to share his passion for food and wine with the discriminating palates of Tucson.
