Arsenal & Tottenham linked with Stuttgart midfielder Enzo Millot

• 22-year-old admits desire to leave club this summer
• Affordable release clause sparks interest from overseas

Stuttgart midfielder Enzo Millot has admitted his desire to leave the club this summer amid transfer interest from both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

Millot, 22, joined from Monaco in 2021 for a paltry fee in the region of €1.5m and has since become one of the Bundesliga’s most intriguing young midfielders. As he gathered for international duty this week, Millot admitted to a press conference that he is looking to leave Stuttgart this summer.

“Of course, that’s a goal I have set for myself,” he told reporters, before insisting he would be happy to remain with Stuttgart because of the club’s commitment to developing young players like himself.

Arsenal are expect to chase midfield reinforcements this summer and have credited with interest in both Real Sociedad’s Martin Zubimendi and Newcastle United’s Bruno Guimaraes, both of whom would be significantly more expensive than Millot.
